Administrative Assistant/Buyer Qualifier

About Us: We are a dynamic real estate team managing over 400 properties and handling a high volume of inquiries daily. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us manage and qualify potential buyers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to understand buyers' needs, preferences, and budget.
• Schedule and coordinate property viewings with agents.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed notes on buyer interactions.
• Follow up with potential buyers to gather additional information and provide updates.
• Assist with preparation and management of contracts and other documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and methodical.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume inquiries efficiently.
