Requirements:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

- Assist in coordinating media events, press releases, and promotional activities.

- Create, edit, and proofread content for various media platforms, including social media, and websites.

- Maintain and update media contact lists, databases, and distribution lists.

- Conduct research on media trends, competitors, and potential publicity opportunities.

- Act as a liaison between the company and media representatives, ensuring clear and professional communication.

- Assist in managing media-related projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.

- Monitor and report on media coverage and campaign performance.

- Provide basic technical support for media-related equipment and software.

- Assist in managing budgets for media campaigns and events, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

MUST BE FLUENT IN ARABIC BOTH IN READING AND WRITING. Preferably FEMALE. Must have an extensive vocabulary in both Arabic and English. Previous experience in an administrative role, with a focus on the media industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
