We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant with a strong background in Human Resources to support our day-to-day administrative tasks and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of HR policies and practices.
What You Will Do:
• Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones, and maintaining filing systems.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage and update HR records, such as employee data, benefits, and leave applications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in organizing company events and activities.
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.
What Makes You Shine:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
• Familiarity with HR functions (e.g., recruitment, training & development, etc.) and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
