About the Job:Intertek Middle East is now looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join the electrical team in the Dubai office.This pivotal role involves supporting the certification team\xe2\x80\x99s daily operations, by providing administrative and organizational assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to contribute to a dynamic and growing business.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce customer quotations, purchase orders & invoices and maintain up to date register.
Query reconciliation and payment collections.
Prepare monthly PL report.
Communicate with suppliers/customers.
Liaise with key stakeholders in other departments for effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare ad hoc information and reports as and when required.
General administration duties and day-to-day duties required to fulfil the role.
Liaising with the Accounts Payable Team to add new suppliers and update existing supplier information.
Undertake additional administrative / project work as required.
