Accounts function :
• Petty cash physically to be handled
• Supporting for petty cash and Excel file to be maintained
• checking and verifying incoming and outgoing goods from stores to outside and keeping and preparing the documents
• coordinate with HO NPD & logistics team for the delivery of goods
• coordinate with Warehouse for the storekeeping and material issuing
• Filing of Documents
• Scanning of documents to HO/Operative Office
• taking approvals on defined documents (Purchase Order / Performa Invoice etc.) from Operations Head and mailing it to respective receipient
• Co-ordination with HO Finance Dept and issuing cheques to Local vendors and keeping a record of the same
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
