Cultivate and manage B2B partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, and meeting performance departmental and corporate KPIs objectives.
Ensure that partners understand and appreciate the full value of our company\'s products while driving partner retention.
Ensure CRM systems are optimized to effectively serve partners and the company, maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner information as the single source of truth.
Regularly report assigned partner sales and business targets to the line manager, reviewing actual versus targets, and defining expected completion in consultation with finance on a quarterly basis.
Suggest market and product strategies to the line manager for increasing adoption, product penetration, and cross-sales opportunities.
