Job Tasks
• Communication with customers and suppliers
• Preparing purchase orders and sales orders on odoo erp
• Handling different data entry tasks on odoo erp
• Managing and archiving documents digitally and physically
• Dealing with different ecommerce platforms such as amazon seller central
• Coordinating logistic transfers locally and internationally
• Handling basic online governmental entry forms such as ministry of foreign affairs invoice attestations
• Handling supplier portals for selected organisations
• Assisting management in document checking for service clients
• Handling PDF files such as edits, conversions, merging, extracting.
• Performing final checks of sales orders before delivery
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-3 years of experience
We may accept candidates with little experience however they must have excellent english communication, computer and math skills, with a strong capacity to learn fast. This will be assessed via a practical test.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
