DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Conduct general admin tasks including answering the phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries as well as concerns and provide information as may be required
  • Prepare and maintain filing systems
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Maintain, secure and account for office petty cash
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date filing system
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should hold a Degree in a relevant course
  • Proven experience working as an admin assistant or similar position required
  • Must have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite is a must
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong communication skills required
