We are looking for Administartive assistant Job and Responsibilities as follows but not limited to Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain contracts, policies and other Documents. Maintain contact lists and records Book travel arrangements Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attention to detail and accuracy in work Experience in a similar role is a plus Please send your resume/CV
