An Administrative Assistant will be responsible to support the company Manager/s on all office management coordination and activities. Core Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Provide administrative support to the team including: o Expense report reconciliation o Preparation of travel arrangements including visas and travel briefing documents o Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. o Schedule and organize conference calls and meetings. o Calendar management o Provide support in preparation for meetings, conferences, and other events. o Time management o Coordinate visitors' requests. o Coordinate the necessary logistic for any visits. . Provide backup support for other administrative personnel Qualifications: Educational: Bachelor's degree in business management and administration or related discipline Years Of Experience: 0-4 Nature of Experience: Professional administrative experience Language Skills: Fluent in English Fluent in Arabic Please send your CV
