Job Description

Job Title: Administrative AssistantOur client, a prominent full-service law firm in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the senior management team.Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team.- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.- Manage scheduling and booking arrangements for meetings, travel, and other events.- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality.- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree or equivalent- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
