• Answering phone calls and emails related to HR inquiries.
• Scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees (e.g., preparing documents, setting up meetings).
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Assisting with payroll preparation and tracking attendance.
• Preparing HR reports, memos, and presentations.
• Organizing and filing employee documentation (contracts, personal files, etc.).
• Handling job postings and managing job application responses.
• Coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
• Managing HR office supplies and equipment.
• Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and projects.
