Position - Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant Location - Dubai
This role demands supporting CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years plus. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must, with additional languages considered an advantage. Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Outstanding multitasking abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Plan and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. Prepare agendas for meetings, briefings, and presentations. Create presentations as required, showcasing information in a clear and professional manner.
Accompany the CEO when required to meetings.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as needed. Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively. Review internal reports and all contracts before management signing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Organize office operations and establish efficient procedures.
