Job Description

: Carries out administrative activities such as typing of letters, preparation of lease agreements, data entry, follow up on maintaining/updating records; includes administrative issues related to the connection and disconnection of water and electricity etc.Prepares all New Lease Agreements for new housing units, after receiving the Offer letter, and submits to the Estate Officer.
Issues the quarterly control list classifying housing units due for renewal or cancellation.
Prepares all lease agreements for renewal and arranges for dispatching to landlords for their approval/ signature and submits to the Estate Officer for verification and Management approval.
Updates the Estate Management System of any changes.
Prepares all payment letters to the Finance Division advising to pay the landlords. Manages the Estate Management System through creating New Employees records, updating employees status, updating all renewed lease agreements and cancelling the units from the system to return to respective landlords.
Carries out Guesthouse booking and cancellation arrangements for both Abu Dhabi and Ruwais based employees and prepares of weekly and monthly status reports. Maintains and updates all records of Water/Electricity bills, verifies the chargeable amount with the previously paid bill for any discrepancy, and enters all relevant
data.
Registers with ADWEA all TAKREER leased units, differentiating the actual users, for the appropriate payments applicable, and obtains Water/Electricity clearance for
all units to be cancelled.
Reviews the Water & Electricity units consumption to verify the possibility of defectively recording meters, or any other discrepancy.
Sorts outs received Water & Electricity bills, and identifies chargeable amount to each employee, and prepare statement to Finance Division for debiting employees as per policy.
Assists in receiving new units and handing over units to be released.
Follows up on Payments of Rental charges with Finance Division, and related issues pertaining to the Landlords.
Assists in receiving cases to be presented to Housing Committee, and prepares them for the Officers evaluations.
Prepares letters advising employees of the Housing Committee decision to their cases.
Carries out other related duties as assigned such as typing of letters, handling of all correspondences etc.
