ADMIN Job Responsibilities:
  • Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • Prepares reports by collecting information.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

ADMIN Qualifications/Skills:
  • Very good at excel - MUST
  • Administrative writing skills
  • Reporting skills
  • Scheduling
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and organize
  • Verbal Communication
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
  • Production and Trading Insdustry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • admin: 3 years (Preferred)
