Key Responsibilities:




Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings. Maintain and organize files, records, and reports. Assist in document preparation, data entry, and report generation. Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth workflow. Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
