Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office supplies. Prepare reports, presentations, and organize files. Assist in bookkeeping and basic financial tasks. Support office staff with administrative duties as required.

Requirements:




High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. * Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
