Our mission is to lead the way in sustainable metal innovation, providing cutting-edge solutions to our partners globally.Position Overview:Legor Dubai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires multitasking, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key responsibilities:
Greet and assist office visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Process customer orders, preparing all the related documentation.
Perform loading, unloading, and storage of goods in accordance with company procedures, collect products from the storage and prepare them for shipping, and verify the presence and compliance of transport documents.
Support the team with data entry, database management, and maintaining confidential files.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
Process invoices, handle petty cash, and assist with general administrative requirements of the team.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
Liaise with Italian HQ as needed to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
Schedule appointments and travel arrangements for the team, manage calendars, coordinate meetings as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documentation.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associatexe2x80x99s or Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-2+ years of experience experience as an Administrator, Office Admin Support, or in a similar role preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Hindi.
Proven experience in office administration, team admin support is a must.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in the jewellery production and/or plating industry a plus.
Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on efficiency & process improvement.
Collaborative self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
