Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them as appropriate.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events.
Office Management:
- Ensure that the executive's office operates efficiently by maintaining office supplies and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage confidential documents and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Project Assistance:
- Support the executive in managing projects and conducting research as required.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming tasks or requests to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role for 3 years minimum.
- Strong familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English - Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.

- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
