Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid mode)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive female Assistant with excellent administrative skills to join our team. This position is remote (online) but requires the candidate to reside in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research, find suppliers, and gather quotes
• Send email blasts for marketing and business proposals
• Data entry and manage online documents
• Perform basic accounting tasks
• Planning and coordinating corporate events
Requirements:
•Must:•
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a company or as a personal assistant
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
•Advantageous:•
Sales, accounting, events, marketing (including SMM).
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break
6 working days per week and 1 day off
3-5 times per month, attendance at our office or events will be required.
