We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain and manage filing systems, both electronic and paper. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
