We are recruiting a Russian speaking Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms.
- Process booking requests, reservations, and payments.
- Send pre-arrival information and ensure a smooth check-in process for guests.
- Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings of our holiday homes on various online platforms.
- Coordinate with cleaning services and ensure properties are prepared for arriving guests.
- Manage key distribution and access for guests and cleaning personnel.
- Conduct basic inspections of properties after guest check-out and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with property viewings for potential new listings (if applicable).
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, guest information, and property details.
- Prepare reports and track key metrics related to occupancy rates and revenue.
- Assist with marketing efforts as needed (e.g., creating social media content, updating website listings).
- Provide general administrative support to the Holiday Homes team.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and in Property Management system.
