JOB DESCRIPTION
• Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
• Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
• Answers emails with an appropriate greeting, salutation, signature, or standard closing
• Research and collect information
• Assist with all budget activities, including accounting, bills entry etc
• Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
• Conduct fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
• Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
• Maintain meeting minutes
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
• Maintain all the visa & LC updations and do the necessary steps
• Connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements
• Arrange travel plans for managers and employees, including flights, car rentals, hotel accommodation
• Initiate contact with clients by email, letter, or telephone to answer questions or provide information concerning projects
• Follow up on client issues until they are resolved
• Supervise clerical staff
• Managing front-end communication with visitors and clients
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Connect with cool customers and build killer relationships.
• Leverage your extensive database of existing clients to showcase the creativity and expertise of our interior designing team and joinery unit.
• Understand what our clients want and give them the perfect solutions for their dream spaces with the help of our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven admin assistant experience & interest in sales
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• At least 1+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Bachlors or Masters in business administration or equivalent degrees
• Preferably female candidates can apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
