Job PurposeTo complete after sales administration requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Maintain up-to-date information on after sales activities and processes in order to provide analysis and reporting. To coordinate with service advisors, centralising services and ensuring that all vehicles go are ready for customer collection.AccountabilitiesAfter Sales Administration & Coordination1. Provide professional and accurate administrative support to the after-sales team such as but not limited to filing, printing, compiling and reporting2. Coordinate with service advisors, centralise all orders, check that cars due are ready for customer pick up.3. Update after sales reporting on regular basis as instructed by the Service Manager4. Maintain accurate manufacturer & supplier contact listOperational5. To handle invoicing as instructed by the Service Manager6. Maintain payment records, monitor transactions and maintain filing system7. Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.Personal Development8. Identify any personal training and development requirements, relevant to the current role and attend appropriate training.9.
