Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Manage office correspondence, including sorting mail and drafting emails.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry and database management tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR consultants and staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
