The Administration Assistant role will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and organized environment, handling various tasks, and assisting the Residential Valuation team within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
Handle incoming emails and calls, routing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking accurate messages when necessary.
Perform general administrative duties including accurate report writing, filing information clearly on computer systems, and data entry.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Support the Administration Manager and Senior Administrator with daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Liaising with IT support as needed.
Collaborate with team members to complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Ability to handle a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database management, and internet research.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work are paramount.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude.
