We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our administrative team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: Manage and organize office files, documents, and records. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Assist with data entry, document formatting, and other clerical tasks. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and functions. Perform general administrative duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
