About the Role As an Administrative Assistant at Zeroe, youll play a pivotal role in supporting our mission and operations during this exciting phase of growth. Youll be at the heart of our startup culture, providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires adaptability, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role that supports working from home. Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Calendar Coordination: Support the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communication Support: Serve as a communication hub for the team, handling incoming inquiries, managing emails, and routing messages to the appropriate contacts.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Meeting Assistance: Help organize and facilitate team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as required.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Finance Support and Accounting: Assist in basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring, supporting the finance team as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications. You should have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving startup environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and tackle challenges independently.
