Job Summary: Matrashabd Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, office management, and communication support. Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining office supplies.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Support company events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
