Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents. Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and expense tracking. Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
