We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide valuable support to our office operations, assisting with various administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and tracking deliveries. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and other office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
