Greet and assist visitors in person or over the phone, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. Maintain office filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock at all times. Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and invoicing as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
