Job Desciption: We are looking for an Admin Assistant to be part of our company. You will be an essential member of our team, providing vital administrative support to help us create and execute unforgettable events. Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring the office is presentable at all times.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments for team members.
Communication: Be a point of contact for internal and external communications. This includes answering inquiries, responding to emails, and forwarding important information to the relevant team members.
Document Management: Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of documents, reports, and event materials.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information, project records, and other essential data.
Event Support: Occasionally provide on-site support during events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in administrative support, event management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
