The role holder is also responsible for managing and providing all the paperwork, office procedures and other administrative tasks to facilitate operational requirements of the Division/Business Unit/Department. Look after all administrative duties related to goods ordering and stock management.Core ResponsibilitiesIn the role of processing all incoming orders at the store, the jobholder is responsible for handling orders for both new stock and fast-moving items. This includes maintaining accurate records for all orders and pertinent information to ensure easy access to data when needed. Additionally, they are tasked with filing all relevant documents and receipts associated with orders. As part of their duties, they compile various reports and produce a weekly or monthly summary to provide insights into order processing activities and inventory management. This role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage order processing and documentation.Technical CompetenciesDefines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year. Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
