Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
