Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members. Assist with event planning and coordination as needed. Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
