The primary purpose of the Administrative Assistant for Admissions is to support one of two assigned areas: Aquaventure Arrival & Ancillary Sales/Guest Correspondence or Dolphin Bay Front of House and Back of House. This will include but not be limited to coordinating all Admissions-related requests from Atlantis Departments, processing refunds in a timely manner, being empowered to answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints, assisting management with Ramco processing, coordinating department purchasing needs within budget, and managing IT and Facilities Maintenance requests. Supports directors and Managers with creating reports, presentations, and calendar management.
About You
Our ideal candidate requires thorough knowledge of the English language (reading, spelling, and punctuation) and mathematics, the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. You should have an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
