The Chinese Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing office tasks, and facilitating communication between our English and Chinese-speaking staff, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and discretion. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Translate documents and communications between English and Chinese.
  • Manage phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries from Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and professional office environment.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
