Provide customer care duties to assist our current, future and past patients with all their enquiries and experience a WOW service. Also perform admin duties of reception, communication with companies, outsource service providers and insurance companies.
Tasks That Need To Be Performed;
Be pro-active and work under minimal supervision
Ensuring that patients who request appointments are scheduled correctly
. Have great organizational skill
Completion of routine admin tasks as requested.
. Be able to handle all front desk tasks when the other team member absent
Phone Call and messaging abilities
. Be able to hold lengthy conversations with potential patient on the phone assisting them in overcoming all of the barriers to proceeding with booking an appointment in a committed frame of mind.
Be thorough and persistent in the follow up of leads to ensure that potential patient convert plan of care
Be thorough in the reactivation of past patient including drop offs.
Handle price objections
Provide a wow experience to patient ensuring they are looking forward to coming back to and want to tell their friends and family about.
Organise both clinicians schedules and recommended treatment plans through proper communication with the team members
Communicate with patients before, during and after their treatment plan to ensure that they are totally satisfied with all aspects of their care.
Ensure that all invoices are raised correctly and payments received and recorded following best Practice
Apply for authorization for insurance patients, make follow up on approvals, perform all required tasks related to insured patients
