Prepares timesheets by coordinating with department heads and supervisors to ensure payroll accuracy. Arrange with the client to obtain visa and when required to cover the operational needs when the vessels are operating in foreign waters Will be using Business core system to record and manage staff-related data, such as resignations, terminations, leave, duty rosters, timesheets, and other requests.
