Job Description

Provide

administrative and clerical support

to the engineering team. Manage

scheduling, appointments, and correspondence

(emails, calls, reports). Maintain and organize

company records, contracts, and project documents

. Assist in

preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes

. Handle

procurement requests, office supplies, and logistics

. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for project needs. Ensure compliance with

company policies and office procedures

.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration or related field.

2+ years

of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an

engineering or construction

environment. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

. Strong

communication and organizational

skills. Ability to handle

multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently

. Knowledge of

engineering documentation and project coordination

is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
