Candidates should have:
The ability to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks in and out of the Office.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
The ability to deal with clients professionally while performing administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The ability to handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Experience with the use of MS Office applications, "back-office" and accounting software.
Working knowledge of common office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
A proficient level of English Language.
