Our constantly growing company is looking for

Administrative and Financial Manager - Casablanca Based

The ideal candidate will be:

Certified Accountant with at least 5 to 7 years in a similar position,

Fluent in English,

Experience in an international inter-company context,

Accuracy on payments and calculations,

Stress management and ability to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities (a must in experience and knowledge)

Creditors ledger revision

Credit and debit card reconciliation and ability to create a Debtors/Creditors report

Intercompany balance reconciliation

Debtors ledger revision and recon with client's SOA

Invoicing clients

Reconciliation of costs

P&L reconciliation and ability to complete and present month end P&L

Previous experience with a CRM and commission calculation for sales staff

Experience on balance sheet reviews

Budget variance control
