We are seeking a dynamic Administrative and Finance Executive with proficiency in ZOHO software. This role involves managing administrative tasks and overseeing financial operations. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in ZOHO for streamlined administrative and financial management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Administrative and Finance Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in using ZOHO software (ZOHO Books, ZOHO Finance Suite) for financial management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
Salary: 4000 AED
Immediate Joiner Preferred.
Location: The Curve Building, Al Qouz.
