The Role

About Us: NFT Talent web design is a pioneering company offering comprehensive services in both web design and blockchain technology. NFT Talent Web Design specialize in creating visually captivating websites tailored to the unique needs of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) projects, while also providing expertise in blockchain development for businesses seeking to integrate this transformative technology into their operations. Responsibilities: o Human Resources Support: o Source, screen, interview, and test qualified job candidates. o Maintain comprehensive personnel records for all employees. o Process new hires, transfers, terminations, and job classification changes. o Track employee leave (vacation and sick). Administrative Support: o Create professional correspondence and documents. o Develop and maintain presentations. o Manage electronic records and spreadsheets. o Handle all telephone and email inquiries efficiently. o Implement and maintain a filing system to organize documents. o Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and keep detailed notes. o Manage office supplies by ordering, maintaining inventory, and establishing supplier relationships. o Oversee mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing incoming mail/parcels, and organizing outgoing mail. o Maintain the company employee master list and registration data. o Manage the recruitment system and source qualified personnel through manpower pooling. o Oversee the renewal processing of the company's legal documents with the legal counsel. Executive Support: o Manage business-related information files for easy access. o Answer phone calls, greet visitors professionally, and manage the Director's schedule. o Compose professional letters and other business communications. Financial: o Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate financial records. o Generate company financial reports (trial balance, balance sheet, etc.) using o QuickBooks. o Maintain and monitor the company's petty cash. Tax and Compliance: o Oversee VAT filing and ensure timely remittance of all taxes and financial obligations. o Reconcile the company's bank statements with the QuickBooks bookkeeping ledger. Requirements

Requirements: o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. o Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant. o Excellent organizational and time management skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. o Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information. o Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
