Job Description

• Take charge of overseeing the conduct of meetings.
• Take charge of the department's team-building initiatives.
• To oversee the department's spending
• Oversee the reception-related administrative and logistical tasks.
• Oversee the department director's personal assistant responsibilities.
• To finish any other administrative tasks that have been delegated by superiors
• A bachelor's degree
• More than two years of experience in administrative management
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic and Chinese is preferred.
• Strong computer operation abilities
• Strong execution and coordination abilities
• Strong capacity for independent work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
