Job Summary
Knock Knock Delivery Services is seeking a competent Administration Officer to oversee and manage administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle PRO services, ensure compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS), and streamline daily administrative tasks to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• PRO Services
• Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities for company registrations, labor contracts, and other legal compliance needs.
• Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Manage employee salary processing through the WPS in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Ensure timely submission of WPS files to the bank or financial institutions.
• Address discrepancies or issues related to WPS.
• Administrative Tasks
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and reports.
• Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
• Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and document management.
• Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance and other requirements.
• General Office Management
• Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and company performance.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience : Proven experience in an administrative role, with familiarity in PRO and WPS services in the UAE.
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Languages : Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
