Summary:

The

Administration Manager

is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the organization while handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth office management, optimizes resources, and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Oversee office maintenance, facility management, and procurement of supplies and services.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage contracts, legal documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure workplace safety, security, and adherence to company standards.
Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and monitor budgets for administrative and operational expenses.
Human Resources Management:

Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
Maintain HR records, employment contracts, and personnel files.
Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
Manage payroll, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
Develop employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance workplace morale.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in administration and HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and office management practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and administrative tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience working in Gulf Countries is an advantage.
Preferred Experience:

3 / 5 years Experience with similar capacity
Familiarity with HR systems and office automation tools.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
