Job Summary:
The Administrative cum HR Manager will oversee the administrative and human resource functions to ensure efficient operations and an engaged workforce. This role involves managing daily office tasks, implementing HR policies, and supporting the strategic objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive environment.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the office and business operations.
HR Management:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Strategic Contributions:
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address staffing and administrative needs.
• Proactively improve operational efficiencies within administrative and HR functions.
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a combined administrative and HR management role.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
