Job Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and support the administrative team. Assign tasks, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations for administrative processes to ensure the departmental goals are met.
Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly. Ensure managing ensure all facilities, office supplies, accommodation, equipment, and ensure a productive and professional work environment. Coordinate the provision of shared services, such as document management, mail distribution, travel arrangements and different bookings. Have a deep understanding and information of insurance policies in UAE for staff and premises.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Support Services: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the administrative budget. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to administrative matters. Facilitate clear and effective communication across departments.
Project Management: Oversee and manage administrative projects, including office relocations, technology upgrades, the safety of the office and fleet and special events. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in the department. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative managerial role in UAE, preferably in Group companies or large organizations.
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in budgeting and financial management for administrative functions.
Extensive multi-tasking skills and managerial level skills.
Extensive knowledge of handling commercial contracts.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
